Strength building exercise. This class is designed to sculpt and tone all the bodies muscle groups.

Step Challenge Advanced step workout.
Fat Burner High intensity aerobic workout designed to burn
Pure Energy Advanced floor aerobics
Step Aerobics Basic aerobics class using the Reebok step.
Sizzling cool Dance Classes; Rhythmic movement fat burning
African Dance  Traditional African moves in a high intensity aerobic workout

Ladies Only Total Fitness is a gym for women who want to squeeze an effective workout into a half hour. The gym is open seven days a week and a member of the staff is always on site to assist you with the machines. The gym also offers instruction in dieting techniques, theproper way to lift weights and choosing exercise attire. Ladies Only Total Fitness has four fantastic locations to serve you.
