Ladies Only Total Fitness is a gym for women who want to squeeze an effective workout into a half hour.

The gym is open seven days a week and a member of the staff is always on site to assist you with the machines.

The gym also offers instruction in dieting techniques, the proper way to lift weights and choosing exercise attire.

Ladies Only Total Fitness has four fantastic locations to serve you.
